Where we deliver

We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or destinations outside the United States. Enter a valid street address, state and ZIP code at checkout.

Processing and transit are separate

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 2–7 days in transit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimated timeframes; weather, carrier disruptions or an address issue can affect arrival.

When tracking is available, we send the details to the email address provided with your order. The carrier handling your shipment is identified in the shipping information.

Standard shipping cost

The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Shipping charges are displayed before you place your order.

Address changes and delivery questions

Check your address before placing an order. If you need a correction, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched. For delayed, missing or damaged deliveries, contact us so we can help investigate and explain the available next steps.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a refund rather than requiring you to accept a delay.
