A few things worth knowing before you make room for a new pot.
How do I measure a spot for a planter?
Measure the usable length and depth of the surface, then check clearance above it. Allow space for the outer rim and leaves. Inner dimensions describe the planting opening, so they do not guarantee that the outside of the pot fits the same footprint.
What is the difference between inner and outer dimensions?
Inner dimensions describe the usable opening or cavity; outer dimensions include the container walls and rim. Product pages label the type of measurement. Inches are converted from centimeters and rounded to two decimal places.
Can I place a nursery pot inside?
Compare the nursery pot’s widest point and height with the listed inner measurements. Leave room to lift it out. If the fit is close, contact us before ordering rather than relying on a photo.
Do all pots have drainage holes?
No drainage feature is implied by the product name or appearance. Rely only on a specific statement in the selected listing. When drainage is not specified, use a separate inner pot with appropriate drainage, remove it for watering and empty collected water before replacing it.
What comes with my order?
Read the package contents on the product page. Pots, stands and tools are sold as described; plants, soil, stones and styling pieces are not included unless expressly listed. Grow bags and misters are sold empty.
How should I choose a grow bag?
Check the listed capacity and dimensions, then plan a suitable outdoor surface and room for water to drain. Consider the space a filled bag and mature plant will occupy. Handles are not a promise that a filled bag can be lifted safely.
How do I clean and protect my pots?
Empty the container and wipe it with a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then rinse and dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes. Protect surfaces from water. Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, do not assume a ceramic piece is frost resistant.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more after discounts and before tax; below $59 it costs $6.99. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–7 days in transit.
How do returns and refunds work?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We cover return shipping for quality problems, incorrect items or shipping damage; customers cover return shipping for other reasons. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after the return arrives. Once approved, we initiate the refund; bank posting time varies. See Returns & Refunds for the address and instructions.
What if my planter arrives broken?
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the damage. Keep the item and packaging, and include photos if possible. We will help with the appropriate return, replacement or refund under our return policy; no shorter damage-reporting window applies.
