These terms apply to your use of Oak Plantworks and purchases from Oak Hardware LLC. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Using the store
You must be able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information, and keep your account details secure. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use another person’s information without permission.
Product details and fit
Read the selected product’s material, measurements, option and package contents before ordering. Photographs may show plants and styling accessories that are not included. Screen settings and variations in finishes can affect color appearance. Assorted finishes are identified in the listing. Measurements converted to inches are rounded; inner and outer dimensions are labeled separately when available.
Do not assume a pot has drainage, is frost resistant or is suitable for every outdoor exposure unless specifically stated. Place containers on stable, appropriate surfaces and protect against water runoff. Choose products for your actual space and planting needs.
Prices and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The checkout shows merchandise and shipping charges and any applicable tax before an order is placed. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order; if we cannot fulfill it or identify a material listing error, we will contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected purchase.
We may correct an inaccurate price or product detail. We will not charge a changed price for an existing order without your agreement. We may decline orders involving inaccurate information, suspected fraud or delivery destinations outside our service area.
Delivery and returns
We deliver to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is free for a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more after discounts and before tax; otherwise it is $6.99. See the Shipping Policy for details and delay handling.
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery, with items unused and in original packaging. We pay return shipping for defects, incorrect items or shipping damage; customers pay for other reasons. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt, followed by refund initiation if approved. Our brand, original writing and site design are provided for personal shopping use. Do not reproduce or use them commercially without permission. You may link to public pages without misrepresenting your relationship with us.
Responsibility and your rights
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product or interruptions outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
